Monthly Subscription all of a sudden not working

Hi folks!

I’ve had a monthly subscription to SBpro for about a year now and all has worked fine. The most recent payment came out of my account last week on the 5th.

I’ve went to open up Storyboard Pro today and all of a sudden the License Wizard ‘couldn’t renew’ my subscription. When I log in with my account details, it tells me there is no subscription in my account, despite Toonboom’s website having all my subscription and payment info.

Can anyone help?
