A few of my students are losing drawings. I’ve looked into their elements folders for them and they aren’t there. The scene seems to work fine, until they go to reopen the file and find all the cells are blank.
Also, sometimes when duplicating a drawing layer, the duplicate will be missing the drawings. The frame markers on the timeline are there, and the drawing preview appears in the Library, but there is no drawing in the cell??? These scenes are also missing elements in the folders. Very strange. I have no idea what to do about this.

This is definitely something that you should write in to support@toonboom.com about so that they can give you some more in-depth help. Sometimes it can be a network connectivity issue, or a permissions issue, but Support can help you find out.
