Merging and separating lines

I’m using the contour editor to edit my lines. Sometimes, even though the lines overlap, the contour editor will treat them as two different lines, instead of as one continuous one. Is there a way to merge two lines? And is it possible to split it into two lines?

Hi there,

If you select your lines and use the Flatten command from the Tools menu, this should merge your lines. Note, that two lines painted with different colours will not merge in the same way.
