I cannot receive ANY emails from ToonBoom across numerous accounts at earthlink.net, gmail.com, Hotmail.com, rr.com, and I have three different ways to receive my email which means that it cannot be my servers, nor my computers as not one of them have picked up email, not one of my webmail accounts have received emails from TB.
This means I cannot receive future emails from support with links to upgrades. Yet, I can login and download from there, except for my storyboard app which cannot be listed.
I have read in the past of other customers claiming to have not heard from sales despite numerous emails sent…maybe this is the same problem?
Is there a Facebook page or some other way to contact?
I receive email in America from the UK, Europe and Asia… Also private email using the TB servers bounces back too.
Help? Any ideas? Emails sent to TB no longer arrive. They used to.
