Magnifying glass stuck

In V2.5 for PC I have the problem of a stuck magnifying glass, that is to say, once I’ve selected that tool, it doesn’t matter where else I click on the screen, it’s always a magnifying glass that just continues to magnify my image each time I click. I end up having to reboot the computer because once I’ve entered magnifying glass paralysis, I can’t shut down the program or regain control of my computer.

I encounter this problem when in the drawing view.
