(lmgrd) Unknown host: RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM

Dear Sir,

I do activate new license and it is working fine but I got the below error messages while check the license status inside the log file (/tmp/lmgrd.log) as below:

9:58:00 (lmgrd) The license server manager (lmgrd) running as root:
9:58:00 (lmgrd) This is a potential security problem
9:58:00 (lmgrd) and is not recommended.
9:58:00 (lmgrd) Unknown host: RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM
9:58:00 (lmgrd) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 33 Exit reason 1

I got the error message also while try to check by using the command (lmutil lmstat -a):

License server status: @RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM
License files on RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM: /usr/local/flexlm/licenses/license.dat:@RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM:*.lic:

lmgrd is not running: License server machine is down or not responding. (-96,7:2 “No such file or directory”)

I do upload the files (lmgrd.JPG and lmutil_stat.JPG)

The license server does not appear recognize the name RHQ-TMB-03.HQ.RGH.COM. Try setting the hostname in the license.dat file to the static IP address instead or check the DNS entry for this system. Also check the name resolution order on the license server system.
