I have problems to activate i dont know how to deactivate my other computer liscence because it not longer in function the motherboard is dead and now I use another computer and is says not liscence is anyone who can explain plis
Just activate it as though you are doing it for the first time. You are given a few grace opportunities to jump onto another installation in case of a crash, you lose a laptop or whatever.
