I’m using a Cintiq Companion 2, ToonBoom Harmony 12, Windows 10, and the latest wacom drivers. I’d post my system specs, but they’re irrelevant since this issue just started out of no where, and hasn’t been a problem until today. Harmony crashed, and ever since that happened lines won’t appear until after I’ve released the pen from the tablet surface. There isn’t lag, it’s as though the program is waiting for me to stop drawing the line before it renders it immediately.
I’ve uninstalled Harmony and reinstalled it, I’ve uninstalled my wacom drivers, and reinstalled them. Nothing has changed. I’m not having this issue with any of my other illustration/animating programs.
Has anyone experienced this, and do you have any suggestions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the moment, Harmony is not usable, and I need to complete an animation test for a studio this week.
