I’m trying to move download/activate Harmony Premium on a new computer, since my old one is slowly becoming a brick. Problem is, the Harmony subscription on my old computer is for 14, and I can now only download version 15. This means that I can’t activate my license.
I get Harmony through my school, meaning I can’t find a way to update my license on my own without paying for what’s supposed to come with my tuition. In short, I don’t know how to download 14 instead of 15, and I don’t know how to upgrade my license from 14 to 15.
