License wizard won't recognize active license

License wizard first says it could not renew my subscription, then after logging in it says no license exists in a pop up directly in front of the screen showing my subscription license. When I try and refund it, it says there’s an error. I bought the subscription a few days ago, it was working until today.

Just wondering what I would do to go about fixing this, or if this is a problem on my end at all.

Always best to contact support in questions like this. They help you. Even if its weekend now and they will not answer until monday.
