License-wizard says my recently purchased subscription is expired and I have a project due in two days

I went to open my toonboom harmony silver program subscription and when I clicked on the app it brought up the login and license wizard which first said it couldn’t FIND my subscription i renewed on 5/30/19 and then told me it was expired. I have to get this work done for a project and cannot get in. some PLEASE help asap I also just sent two email requests. Every second of time I lose effects my group.
