License Wizard could not renew my Harmony Essentials Desktop Subscription

I have been using ToonBoom for many months now and I am loving it. Recently my computer had an issue where I needed to replace the Motherboard, the CPU and the Ram. Today was the first attempt at using ToomBoom after these upgrades but now I am met with the message of “License Wizard could not renew your Harmony Essentials Desktop Subscription”. After that message comes up I am able to log in regularly through me wanting to install ToomBoom on my computer. When I log in I get a message “There is no license for Harmony Essentials in your account.” meanwhile both the window behind it and the website itself acknowledge that I have an active subscription. Does anyone know how to help?

Please open the license wizard from the “License Tools” folder
of the software using the options:
Manage Licenses
Manage Local License
the license text should be gray instead of black
select the license and hit the “Repair” button.
The license text should now be black and the software
should launch.
