License Wizard Can't Find My License?

I just renewed my subscription for Harmony Advanced with Silver support. Yesterday I tried opening it and it said the License Wizard could not renew my Harmony Subscription. When I tried logging in on the License Wizard a pop up says “There is no license for Harmony Advanced in your account”. I sent an urgent message to Toon Boom support (as recommended) and it’s been almost the entire day and no reply. I’m trying to be patient but it’s a bit frustrating to pay $500 for a product just to have it be unusable and the support team doesn’t reply in a timely manner. Can anyone help me with this issue?
