License reactivation after system crash?

Hi all.
How can I reactivate my license product if the system when Animate actually running crash and needs reinstall the OS (Windows XP.)? In this case the license cannot be returned normally to the server using the internet activation wizard/manage licenses/manage local licenses/activate, because the license never has deactivated.
Grateful to Tech-Support or anyone who can provide information about the correct procedure to follow.
