License Problem

I’ve been using Harmony Premium fine for a very long time, but only just today I opened a file as usual, but a prompt told me I had no license under my name. I attempted uninstall and reinstall and the problem continued to persist. I went through the license wizard and a prompt: “There is no license for Harmony Premium in your account” came up, along with a second window that said I had Harmony Premium downloaded and installed. I then went to return and restore the license but again it showed that I had no license…does anyone happen to know how to solve this problem?
