License key issue on mac

Had to reload 10.12.1 today on my Mac from time machine. Computer is up and running fine. Unfortunately now when I launch toonboom harmony 14 IT ask for my key again. I enter my legit key provided to me from the studio and I get an error 1 message. I tried to uninstall harmony and reinstall with the image provided by the studio and once I put in the single user key I still get error 1. I told the studio and was provided a new key. Even with the new key I get the error 1.

I also tried to create a new admin account and install etc from that account but doesn’t work.

Any idea what I need to do to get this working


Error -1 is due to the Mac having quarantined the software.
Contact support to fix it.
