license issue

I am currently having an issue with license for Harmony Premium 15, as suddenly I was informed that there is no license connected to the software. My subscription for Harmony Premiun 15 is still appeared as active on the Toon Boom website as I signed in and checked. I was also charged on June 3 for my monthly subcription. I tried to remove and reactivated Harmony, but still shown that I had no license.

Please let me know are there any ways to fix this,as this is an urgent situation. Thank you
