Hi I am currently trying to download storyboard pro 4 on my Mac (running mavericks). I entered the license on the site and everything seemed to work fine, it even appeared on my downloads the license was obtained legitimately. The problem does not rise until after I download it on my computer. Once I try to open it, well it doesn’t instead it claims my computer was unable to find a valid license and once I enter it manually in the license wizard it still does not read it. Please can someone help me resolve this issue.
Contact support to have a look on your computer, especially if the error is “-1”.
