Licence server won't work for single user

Hi all

I recently bought 65 licenses, network server, for a school in france
The server work great and licenses are activated

When I activate the licence, it works fine, but when my users do, they get a message saying activation worked, and when they click start, the activation wizard starts again

I’ve first thought about firewall issue on the server, but it’s ok for admins so It seems to be on clients

I opened port 27000 on client / server, and allowed connections on clients for lmgrd.exe, lmtools.exe, licensewizard.Exe,lmutil.exe, harmonypremium.exe and toonboom.exe

In the documentation I couldn’t find anything, but maybe I missed something

Any ideas ?

c:\Program Files (x86)\Toon Boom Animation\Toon Boom Harmony 15.0 Premium\win64\bin\LicenseWizard.exe --console --install-anchor-win

must be executed with administrator right

just push it with psexec or else and it’s ok
