I am having problems with my layer transform tool. I can neither rotate nor move the drawing/layer even when there is a keyframe. All the layer transform tool does is select it the drawing/layer with a yellow box and thats it. It won’t allow me to see or use the other icons such as the rotate, resize and other icons.
