Keep opacity from non-selected Layer

Hello,

I have a question about layer opacity. Say I have two drawing layers, 1 and 2. If I have a drawing on layer 2 and select layer 1 to edit it, the opacity of layer 2 goes down. Is there a way to keep the opacity full for a layer you don’t have selected?

Deactivate the light table. The lamp icon should be on the bottom left of the camera view.
