Issues with importing Brushes into Toon Boom Essentials

Hello all,

Recently purchased a Frank’s Animator Pencil for Toon Boon Harmony. When I try to import the brush into the program, it pulls up the dialogue box and everything goes normal until right after I select the file from my PC. The dialogue box doesn’t show any files, even though I selected them and they’re the proper format. I’ve read that Essentials doesn’t support certain brushes but also that it does? Just trying to find out what I’m missing. Thanks in advance!

I’m having this SAME EXACT problem with the same brush! I read one post saying Essentials might not allow textured brushes, but if you found a way to import it please let me know! I’m on a project using this brush right now, so I need it as soon as possible!

From the Harmony compare features list, Essentials does not have the Advanced tools for paperless animation which includes Textured Vector Brushes and Pencils.
