Is toon boom animate pro PLE 32 or 64?

Hi room; I have downloaded toon boom animate pro PLE for trial but didn,t work on my 32 computer. is there a clue please?

The latest version of Toon Boom Animate Pro 3 PLE is 64bit.
You need to upgrade your system to 64bit.
