When I storyboard I like to draw a grid of thumbs (Like a contact sheet) on a shared drawing layer so I can reference them as I board. The problem is that I was to take my sketch and place on a thumb layer scaled up to the camera size. I usually waste time having to manually rescale each drawing as I go. I’d prefer to just select it and hit a button (preferably one I can hotkey) and it auto-magically scales the drawing to fit the size and centers it in the camera.
It would be equivalent to things you’d see in video editing software like “scale to frame size” in adobe premiere. If there is a tool like this already, hooray! because it will save me a ton of time. If not man that would be a game changer.
