My friend and I are working on animations but he has 8.1 and i have 8.0. I cant edit 8.1 files on 8.0 and i get the error 1021: “[file name].tbp” is not a valid toon boom studio file. Is there a way to edit 8.1 files on 8.0?
No you can only edit 8.1 files in 8.1 or later if there was going to be a later. (Studio is being phased out and three levels of Harmony are to be all that is available). 8.1 is a free update to 8.0 owners so your friend should download and install it so you both are on the same page.
