Hello, I’ve just bought my copy of Toon Boom Harmony Essentials with a Perpetual License and when I opened the program up, I was going to put in the serial number but I first signed in with my account and it suddenly continue to the main program. Did I activate the software by signing in my Toon Boom Account? Do I need to use the serial number at some point?
You may be in trial mode. Try saving a file. The trial version does not save files.
You use the License Wizard to activate your license. Search your system for it.
Are you on Windows or OS X?
I’m using MacOS Sierra.
You had activated the license on your computer on March 19th (five days ago).
Permanent license are activated by entering the license activation code.
Signing-in doesn’t really do anything for this type of license.
