Is it possible to render out separate clips simultaneously?

I am working on my senior thesis and using the most recent edition of Toon Boom Harmony Advanced. My question regards rendering. When I move to compositing, I will need to have pieces of animation rendered into separate transparent .PNG sequences that I can layer on top of each other in After Effects with other elements of the film. When I go to export in Toon Boom Harmony, is it possible to specify layers of animation be a part of their own exported sequence and simultaneously export a different specified sequence? Or will I simply need to do multiple render passes?

In Premium you can add as many Write modules as you want, connected to layers or grouped layers so that you can have different exports simultaneously - for instance, one for each character or even options such as line separated from colour. In Advanced I don’t think a similar thing is possible because there’s no Node View…
