Is it possible to move one bone element in the Z axis?

Hi Toon Boomers,

I am trying to animate a fish and would only like to rotate the fin (last bone) in the Z axis. I have set up a simple bone structure in the body.

Is this possible without have to create 2 separate parts (main body and fin)? After searching endlessly online, I thought I’d ask in the forum.

Currently, deformation will only work on the X and Y axis.
