Is it possible to make the parent peg element slower?

Hi. I have a lot of children layers on my parent peg and I animate the peg from the right side of the screen to the left. I want it to steady slow. I tried going to Function Editor and edit it there but there is no steady slow. Is the only way to do this is to extend the layers length? Is there another way? or much easier way?

Thanks.

Hi Bayshani, in order to change the way the keyframes can effect the speed is to edit the"Path"between the keyframes. Within the layer properties window you should see a field call ‘Path’ which is usually at the top with a blue little icon to the right hand side you click on to edit. This opens a little window which shows a straight line between the 2 keypoints. At the top of this little screen there is a little icon that looks like a bezier curve called ’ velocity editor’. If you click on this you will be able to control a curve which controls the easing in and out of the keyframe movement. Playing with this should get you the desired results.

Cheers, Jason.
