I’d like to export a storyboard pro file to toon boom as one file only. When I click export to toon boom it exports the scenes separately. Is there a way to do so?

You can export as movie or image sequence and then import it in Harmony. But it’s not a good idea to edit in Harmony, except if you’re working with half a dozen of short scenes. Otherwise you’ll get a gigantic file that might crash your computer and it will be much more hard to manage than work on each scene individually.
