I have downloaded the program, install comes download of the “Toon boom harmony 16.0 premium - InstallShield wizard”. He asks me to wait " wait for the InstallShield wizard to install Toon Boom Harmony 16.0 Premium. This may take a few minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting writes the installer does not respond"
