importing video with a transparent background won't work

I’m trying to import video with a transparent background into Harmony 12 Premium and I can’t seem to get rid of the black background.

Can you please help?

P.S. The video does have a transparent background when I view it in Final Cut Pro.

you can only import QuickTime videos into Harmony and if you want your movie to have an alpha channel, it must be a QuickTime PNG Movie, use these setting to import, select Layer single Layer, import option select keep as original bitmap, for transparency alpha select straight and click ok, if you add a separate background you can tell it imported properly
