Continuously experiencing problems importing Photoshop files. Software sporadically imports as single layer file, even with selection set to “All Layer Images”, and all layers grouped in uniquely named folders. Sometimes it works if I create a new PSD file copying the same layers into the new file and then saving. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Using Photoshop CC. Any ideas?
Hi pswing, sounds odd if you repeat same steps and it sometimes works and other times not, as clearly that would suggest you know what your doing.
I’ve never had an issue with photoshop imports ( i use a Mac and CS5 ). Hard to suggest what to try if it’s an intermittent issue , TB support maybe ?
