Hello I recently installed the trial of Toon Boom Harmony Advanced and I am trying to import an image but I am running into difficulties. When I try to import an image (keep in mind the image is of a supported filetype) the stage just turns white showing the dimensions of the image then it just disappears and I can’t manipulate or view the image at all. This is especially odd as I see the other non-stage prompt showing (aka another layer being created with the layer being named the image file name) saying the image has been imported but again I can’t see or manipulate the image. Do any of you know what may be causing this to occur? Do I have to enable something? Is this a limitation of the trial version? I would like to know as soon as possible.
I have encountered such a situation.
try update your display card driver to lastest version,
it wil be fixed.
