Is it possible to import .GIF Videos into Toon Boom 4.5? I’ve been using another animation program, Easytoon, that can only save files as .ezt or .gif files and I want to print some of the videos as flip books. If this isn’t possible, can anyone point me to a free conversion program that could change the .gif videos into an importable kind?

You cannot import the animated gif directly but if you were able to extract the individual frames, then you could import them into Toon Boom Studio.
