Can I import a frame by frame animation from the photoshop timeline into the toon boom harmony timeline, ?
Currently, you can import psd files into your Harmony scene, but nothing timing related. It will bring it in as a flat image or as separate layers depending on how you set it up. Here is a link to how psd files are supported in Harmony:
