Importing FBX issue Storyboard Pro

I am trying to import an FBX that I received from a client into Storyboard Pro 5.1, but when I drag it from the Library into my panel it comes up with a warning that it is unable to read the file. I’ve tried with other FBX files that I’ve downloaded from the Internet and they all work fine. Does anyone know what might be the issue with my client’s FBX file? The FBX files are working fine in Autodesk FBX Review.

Note, when file path on the warning message that comes up, doesn’t exist. There is no ApplicationSupport folder in my Library folder, but it is also not there when I import the dowloaded FBX-file that does work. In fact I cant figure out where Toon Boom places my 3D Models in my Finder folders.

In case anyone else is having the same issue, the problem was the Maya export settings. It should be like this: http://docs.toonboom.com/help/harmony-11/workflow-standalone/Content/_CORE/_Workflow/030_2D-3D_Integration/008_H1_Exporting_a_3D_Object_for_Harmony_Using_Maya.html

how do you screen shot on asus Microsoft for a storyboard pro.

Generally on any Windows computer you can hit the “Print Screen”
key on your keyboard which will cache the screenshot.

Next open Paint or Photoshop or any bitmap editing software.
Create a new project and paste (Ctrl+V) the image into the blank
project. Save and you’re done. Cropping the image is optional.

Thank You very much! I was fighting with this problem a lot.
