please excuse my inexperience. I’m sure there is something simple I am doing wrong. My goal is to import a short movie file (.mov) into the beginning of a scene. H
However, when I go to file/import/movie and then select the clip, nothing happens. What am I missing here? Please explain like I am a small child. You don’t have to use baby talk though.

Either, you don’t have QuickTime installed on your system.
Or, you’re using an unsupported codec.
Work around.
Export your .movie file as image sequence (PNG, PSD, TGA etc.)
Then import those sequence into Harmony,
I knew it would be something simple. You are correct in that I did not have quicktime installed as I did not realize this would be a requirement for harmony to read the file.
