Imported .avi file shows up white

Hi,

I’m trying to import an avi file (ToonBoom 5). I get the sound, and I see the shape of the movie, but it’s a big white rectangle.

Any ideas?

Edit: I have a very recent computer, with 8 Gb ram and i7-2600 CPU.
