How do I import a video by using a script? When I use MovieImport it gets imported as png’s and there is no information about the Action class to use the import function.
Imported movies are always converted to bitmap sequence.

I am misunderstanding.
I need to import a video as drawing. Right now it generates the images but does nothing with them.
They import as images to a bitmap layer.
What is it that you want the software to
do with the imported images?
