HELP! Every time I tried to import a PSD file, it shows nothing but a whiteboard. My friend did the same thing with the same setting on his computer and it works.

Make sure you don’t have any space and/or special character in layers names.Avoid using dashes and prefer using underscore. Each layer must be in a group with the same naming convention.
