I want to import my illustrator drawing in storyboard pro, and be able to modify them in a vector layer. Is it possible? Thanks

Yes, Import them in the library view.

The vectors parts will be editable.
But you need to have all illustrator layer in one layergroup in AI otherwise you will only import the top group.
