IK trouble

Any help is greatly appreciated! I’ve been working on this problem for the last 8 hours.

So, on this particular puppet, Joints (as seen through the IK tool) seem to be missing. At first glance, I was thinking I must’ve had the “Enable Rotate” button deactivated on those missing layers, but that’s not the case.

I have my IK working on another version of this puppet, where I was using Pegs, but in this version I wanted to do a full turnaround on the same layers.

I have it set up as,

Master

  • Torso
    –Arm_R
    —Arm_Lower_R
    ----Hand_R
    –Arm_L
    —Arm_Lower_L
    ----Hand_L
    – Head
    —etc

In layer properties of drawing node, you have an option to use either drawing pivot or use embedded pivot on drawing or peg level depending on your setting in layer properties. Depending on which one is selected, turning off ‘enable rotation’ in IK properties will hide the pivot. I am not sure if this is the case.
