I have no trial?

I’m trying to install Toon Boom Harmony 14 Trial
It installs fine, however whenever I try to open it, the license wizard opens up and says: “The License Wizard could not renew your Harmony Premium Desktop Subscription”.
I press the OK button, and then press Try Now.
I enter my Toon Boom ID and password, and it then says “There is no trial license for Harmony Premium in your account”.

Why?

Same here for Toom Boom Harmony 12…

Did you get it fixed? How?

This can be caused by a variety of things…

  • mismatch between license and software version
  • expired license
  • Antivirus program blocking license
