I think it is wrong place to ask about tablet use 
In general, there are many different tablet companies that Toon Boom uses Wacom technology. If your tablet is other than Wacom, you will experience the difficulties. If you have wacom and installed the driver correctly, all you need to do is draw a line with tablet pen instead of using mouse to have pressure sensitivity.
If your Wacom tablet does not provide pressure sensitivity, reset the preferences of tablet from properties or uninstall current Wacom driver->restart machine (very important to reset the registry and tablet.dat information) → Go to Wacom site and download/install latest Wacom driver for your wacom. This should work.
