I have a 64 bit windows 7 and Harmony won’t install. this is the message i get. “The version of this file is not compatible with the version of window you’re running. Check your system information to see whether you need a 32 bit or a 64 bit version of the program and then contact the publisher.” I’m doing a trial and tried it with 2 versions now i have 1 expiring the day after the other! any help?
I also got the same problem but with windows 8.1, I have send an e mail, wrote it on the forum also, waiting like you.

They say there is something wrong with the server and it corrupts the file (for the windows 8.1 at least). They are looking into it.
Maybe it is similar to your case.
Apparently this was corrected, they say you just need to redownload the software from your account and it should not be corrupted anymore
