So my old laptop is fairly messed up and the only way we could attempt to fix it was to reset to factory settings. It was not fixed my Harmony license was still on it when I reset it. Now I have a new laptop and I’m worried that I can’t return my license now??? Is their a way to return it now? Please help, I’m not very advanced when it comes to computers.
