I can't Upgrade from Essentials 15 to 20

In 2017, I paid for a permanent license for Toon Boom Harmony Essentials 14 with a Silver plan. Eventually, I upgraded to 15.

In the beginning of 2020, I tried using Essentials 15 but I had trouble opening it since it couldn’t work on my upgraded Mac. (I upgraded it to Catalina so many programs I had wouldn’t work) I’m planning on upgrading my Essentials 15 to the 20 but I need to register my product. I tried doing that but it keeps saying it’s already in use which doesn’t make sense since I hardly used it. If the Product ID is in used why can’t I add the upgrade to my shopping cart?
