I can't contact the support, license issue

I keep trying to send a request but for some reason my ticket won’t send…
I need to ask them the support to return my license because my computer suddenly isn’t recognizing it, so I was trying to reactivate it.
It won’t let me return it myself and it says its already activated…
Anyone knows how can I proceed?

There are two ways to contact them other than calling directly:



Emailing them will bypass the problem getting your request to fly using the support request form.
