How to use textures in colour art with transparency

Hello everyone

I tried to do my colour art with a textrue. I made the texture at photoshop with a blank layer so I would have the transparency. Then I imported in my color pallette as a texture but it is showing white where it was supposed to be transparent.

any idea?

In Photoshop open a new project, File / New / Blank File…
Make sure that the Background Contents is set to Transparent…
(you should see the chequerboard in the viewport)
Draw your texture and save the file as Photoshop…

If you started with a white background (or else) and your Layer is still a Background Layer,
Either double click that layer and transform the Background to a regular layer by clicking OK, or go to Layer / New / Layer from Background…
Then delete the background colour until you see the chequerboard again…
Save as Photoshop…

Add those Texture-files to your Colour palette… (Animate 2)
When applied to any object the alpha channel (transparent background) will be preserved.
